ProTPA is a third-party administration and record-keeping firm focusing primarily on 401k plans. The company was originally part of the E.S. Beveridge family of companies, which started in 1950 and was predominantly focused on life insurance. During the next 25-30 years, the firm expanded into servicing pension plans and other employee benefits. In the late 1980s, the third-party administration firm was started to service our 401k plan business. Through the 1990s the company continued to grow the 401k administration business and began providing 401k administration for outside advisor plans. In 2012 we realized the need for a more flexible option for 401k record keeping and expanded again to provide in-house record-keeping services for our 401k plan clients.
